The health care transition process involves moving from pediatric to adult health care settings and supporting youth to take on greater responsibility over time. This presentation will share tips to help build your child’s independence and offer tools and resources that can support a successful transition.

Spring 2018 Complimentary Lecture Series
In the spring of 2018, Ivymount Outreach held three complimentary lectures with a focus on Self Advocacy. 

Summer 2018 Professional Development Workshops
Over the summer, Ivymount Outreach held two seminars for educators and related service providers. The seminar gave an overview of how to use Unstuck and On Target! and Conversation Club in the classroom. These two curriculums were developed at the Ivymount School and can be used to support the development of essential skills that enhance learning and self-regulation.
